2748957 - En route variable pay worksheet shows current data

Unlike compensation worksheets, variable pay worksheets show current data when in en route folder.

• Launch variable pay worksheets.
• Route the form from one step (ex : step A) to next step (ex : step B)
• The form will currently be in progess folder for step B user and in en route folder for step A user.
• Any changes made by step B user can be viewed by step A user in the en route folder. This means if workflows/route maps are present in your varpay process, each person at each step sill see a live version of the worksheet. Therefore planners need to understand that for varpay anyone in the workflow will potentially see all sensitive data.

Currently, snapshot capability is not supported in variable pay.

This is a product design functionality and will be enhanced in the future.

As a workaround, to hide the documents from the enroute folder - Navigate to Manage Document Visibility and remove visibility for the documents to not show in the enroute folder.
