• Press "check" button of the PDO/PDI at /SCWM/PRDO or /SCWM/PRDI. Error occurs:
  
  PDO/PDI XXX is locked with a persistent lock by an other process
  Message no. /SCWM/EXT_SYS_LCK008.
  
  
• You can also find that picking/Putaway Plan WT is confirmed but PCA/PWA document flow link is not updated and there is a stuck queue WMDPDOXXX/WMDPDIXXX at SMQ2 related to FM /SCWM/DLV_CONFIRM_QRFC with error "Command to tRFC/qRFC: Execute LUW again.".
  
  
• Other symptom could be that, the user tries to create Warehouse Task in transaction /SCWM/TODLV_O for an Outbound Delivery Order, but system is raising the error message: Document &1 is already locked by user (Message no. /SCDL/DL_DBAL_DB002)
