2749150 - Locking issue with SOAP receiver channels using http destination

Symptom

  • You are using Process Integration (PI) or Process Orchestration (PO) SOAP adapter
  • The SOAP receiver channel is configured to use connetion parameters 'Addressing Type: http destination' which is read from the NWA
  • You are receiving errors due to locking issues such as:

    "An error occurred while listing the destinations of type HTTP. The error was Cannot lock [I2019012007585067600000sdln5709..................203688951, [destinations], Synchronization, X]; it is in use by the same owner. In case of lock mode "R" the lock propagation failed, because the optimistic lock is gone.."

    "Exception caught by adapter framework: com.sap.aii.af.sdk.xi.srt.BubbleException: Unable to get the destination due to com.sap.security.core.server.destinations.api.DestinationException: [com.sap.ASJ.dest.svXXXX] Application or service sap.com/com.sap.aii.adapter.soap.app tried to access destination XXX123 of type HTTP which does not currently exist in the destination service. You can create destinations in the NWA under Configuration Management-Infrastructure-Destinations. [null "null"]"
