2749238 - How do I change the header color in Web Intelligence back to Blue and White after upgrading Business Intelligence

Starting with 4.2 SP6, the header color of Web Intelligence reports was changed to grey. This is documented in the Whats New Guide and in this blog.

If I do not want it changed, how can I change it back to how it was prior to SP6?
