Is there a way to capture the candidate answers and respective questions in job requisition/application?

Candidate questions/answers can be extracted via the Integration Center.

It is possible to report on the question alone, but not possible to report on who answered those questions. Hence, 2 separate reports will need to be created via Integration Center:

• One report can be created with the questions and candidates answers with the starting entity JobApplication and the navigation entity JobApplicationQuestionResponse. (Note: please do not use JobApplicationQuestionResponse as the starting entity otherwise it will show no data.)
• Another report can be created via Integration Center which will give the questions and their weight/score with the starting entity JobReqScreeningQuestion.

Also, to be able to create one report with both entities in the future, it is suggested to submit an enhancement request.
