2749338 - Opening the Web UI from within the Enterprise Portal fails after selecting the Business Role

Symptom

  • When trying to access the CRM or Solution Manager Web UI from within the portal, when selecting the business role, the Web UI fails to open.
  • The issue can be specific to the Chrome browser, where as it works fine in Internet Explorer
  • When the opening of the web ui fails upon selecting the business role, there is an error in F12 developer tools: Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'createIFrame' of undefined
