2749646 - Write permissions to hiringManagerPhone field

I have given write permissions to the 'hiringManagerPhone' field in the job requisition template but I am still not able to edit the field.

This is an expected behaviour. Write permissions will not work for this field because it is pulling data from the employee profile. You will have to edit the field in the employee profile if you want to change the number.
