For some records in ORD, the Assignment Date value is not populated with any data even though the Item has been completed.
When you run the similar report in LMS, the Assignment Date is populated.
Environment
- SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) - All Supported Versions
- SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics
Cause
For Assignment Dates where are blank within ORD, this is due to the fact the users have had the specific items deleted/removed by an assignment profile in LMS.
As a result, the details are no longer stored in the tables which are referenced by ORD.
Resolution
The reports in both ORD and LMS are working as expected.
ORD does not have visibility of the PH tables (history tables) from LMS which would have the Assignment Date details. Hence when you run the similar report in LMS, as the LMS report does have access to the specific PH tables, it can generate and report on all Assignment Dates while ORD cannot.
