Symptom

  • A client connection is unexpectedly terminated.
  • The ASE errorlog contains an "infected with signal 11" error in the module SrtopOperand::SrtopOperand() with a stack trace:

Current process (0x653f0312) infected with signal 11 (SIGSEGV)
Address 0x0000000101f56b24 (SrtopOperand::SrtopOperand(short,SrtsState&)+0x2c), siginfo (code, address) = (50, 0x7c3243a67c304326)

  • The stack trace includes the following functions:
