How to notify a candidate via email that his application or the candidate will be purged due to inactivity?

Among all the notifications, the current system has a specific notification which notify the candidate that his application or candidate profile will be purged from the system due to inactivity. The "Recruiting Imminent Candidate Purge Notification" can be found within "E-Mail Notification Templates" in Admin Center. Notification is sent 7 days prior to the purge job.

NOTE: Before, this functionality only got triggered with DRM 1.0 enabled. As part of 1H2020, Imminent candidate purge is now available in DRM 2.0 also.

To enabled the notification, you can follow the below steps:

1. In Admin Center, Open E-Mail Notification Templates Settings.
2. Enable the notification "Recruiting Imminent Candidate Purge Notification".
3. Set all the configuration as desired and modify the Email Body as needed.
4. Click save.

Only a few tokens are available for this notification:
