Symptom

  • /4E8 Gratuity Cont. Exemption is not calcualted in payroll run even though the amount of grauity is entered in infotype 15.
  • Grauity exemption is nil even after termination of the employee.
  • /4E8 Gratuity Cont. Exemption not present in INGTX Gratuity contribution taxation function responsible for the calculation of the same.
