A gray or different colored background appearing in the Print Preview of a Requisition

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Select Internal or External Print Preview on a requisition
2. See a gray or different background colour on the Print Preview

Fiori is not enable on the instance. This results in the colour of the Print Preview being the same as the instance background colour.

There are 2 resolutions:

1. Either change the background colour of the instance to a more suitable colour for the Print Preview in Theme Manager or Enable Fiori.
2. Enabling Fiori will display a white background in the print Preview without changing the instances background.
