Symptom
- Frequent and repeated change the thread count using alter thread pool command may lead to 'kernel resource memory' leak.
- ASE could also terminated.
- These messages can be seen in the ASE errorlog:

Kernel resource memory pool has been exhausted. Try increasing the value of 'kernel resource memory'.

Security layer initialization failed for engine [nn].

Failed to allocate memory for monitoring structures.
Failed to allocate private monitoring area for thread 915. This thread will use the server's shared monitoring area. -
