2750530 - Secondary node shuts down with sp_mpxprocesstlvlog exception, SQLSTATE=53002 [Wrong number of values for INSERT] -- SAP IQ

Symptom

  1. Coordinator is upgraded to a newer SAP IQ version
  2. Secondary node immediately goes down with the following error:

.. ev_begintxn started
.. sp_mpxprocesstlvlog exception, SQLSTATE=53002 [Wrong number of values for INSERT] runstate=S(1)
.. ***Emergency Shutdown***
.. Exception Thrown from dblib/db_iqutility.cxx:4615, Err# 46, tid 6 origtid 6
.. O/S Err#: 0, ErrID: 1025 (db_catalogException); SQLCode: -1009413, SQLState: 'QCB11', Severity: 23
.. [21051]: Secondary server cannot maintain catalog sync.

  1. Even after secondary node resync, the same issue persists
