Symptom

  • A Transport of Copies (ToC) is created using the Quality Gate Management (QGM) or Change Request Management (ChaRM)

  • There is an error/inconsistency with the transport and it fails to export

  • Upon trying to delete this transport, the following message appears:

Request <XXXXXX> cannot be edited
Message no. TO086
Diagnosis
The request <XXXXXX> has the attribute SAP_CCTS. This attribute is set automatically by the system when you create the request
