2750582 - Average Rating Gives -1 in Report - Recruiting Management

When running a Recruiting Ad Hoc report, there is a column named Average Rating. The data being returned in the column is -1.

SAP SucessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Login to the instance.
2. Go to Reporting.
3. Create a new report.
4. Select the Average Rating column.
5. Preview or generate the report.

Having a -1 in the Average Rating column of report is an expected behavior. The value that appears in the Average Rating  column is calculated based on weight set in pre-screening questions.

Having a score of -1 means no pre-screening questions were defined in the job requisition.

Note: While it shows as -1 in adhoc reports, it is expected that the "Rating" in Candidate summary and Average Rating in the Application will be shown as "N/A" in the UI
