2750818 - Role Based Permissions not displayed in Check Tool

User navigates to the Check Tool and observes that the Role Based Permissions option is not available.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Go to Check Tool
2. Under System Health tab, click on the Application dropdown and notice that Role Based Permissions option is not available
   

The user accessing the Check Tool is not added to the "Manage RBP Admin and Super Admin Access" admin tool or is added there but does not have the "Allow access to This Page" checkbox selected. 

1. Ensure the user accessing the Check Tool is added to the "Manage RBP Admin and Super Admin Access" admin tool.
2. Ensure that the "Allow access to This Page" checkbox is selected.
