2750883 - Offboarding/Onboarding Activities Not Appearing on Manager To Do Tile

In Onboarding, a manager has uncompleted activities in the Onboarding/Offboarding process, but they are not appearing on the To Do tile on the home page

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Log into SuccessFactors
2. Go to the Home Page
3. Notice the To Do tile doesn't have Onboarding tasks to complete

The manager has never been a hiring manager for a candidate on the OCI Object

1. Log into SuccessFactors
2. Go to Import and Export Data
3. Choose Export
4. Search for OnboardingCandidateInfo
5. Export all of the records
6. Search in the managerId column for the manager 
7. If he/she is not present, this is why there are no Onboarding activities on the To Do tile

To fix this, he/she must be a hiring manage for at least one candidate on the Onboarding Candidate Info object

• Either create a dummy candidate and make him the hiring manager

Or

• Edit one of the OCI Objects and set him/her as manager
