An application error is received when clicking on an Employee's name via the Quick Card or when hovering over the employee's name in people search.

SAP Successfactors Employee Central

Search for an employee via people search (or the org chart) or hover over an employee's name in people search and an applciation error will be thrown.

This issue occurs for all users whose manager id is set to "NO_MANAGER" in profile page and where the following functionalities are enabled:

• Enable the checkbox "Enable name format" in provisioning.
• From admin center-> manage data, for the instance "PP3Page" of "EmployeeProfilePageConfig", make sure you have value set for "nameFormatCode".
• From admin center -> company system and logo settings page, enable the checkbox for "Enable the name format selected in Configure People Profile to apply globally (Global Header, Org Chart, Quickcard, People Search)."

 When all these features are in place, then we will get the error in quick card for users whose manger is set to "NO_MANAGER".

Our Engineering Team have confirmed that this issue will be resolved with the upcoming 1902 release.
