2751034 - Rate Candidates in Interview Central outside interview status

A recruiter is able to rate a candidate outside the interview status and when the Job Requisition has been closed.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Interview Central. 
2. Select Closed.
3. See candidate has option to Rate Now.

Project Management has confirmed that this currently seen as expected behavior and working as designed.

If you feel that this should be changed you can consider creating an Enhancement Request in the customer influence page.
