2751035 - "No Comments Supported" message shown in the Comments tab

In the Comments tab in Design Panel of Analysis Office, the message "No Comments Supported" is displayed.

Cause #1: The Comment Storage is set to "Business Intelligence Platform" in Analysis Office options as shown below or a cell that is not part of the crosstab is selected:

Cause #2: In case of BW/4HANA, the prerequisites are not met.

For cause #1: The message "No Comments Supported" is expected when the Comments Storage is set to "Business Intelligence Platform". The Comments tab in Design Panel is related to BW comments only.

For cause #2: Make sure the prerequisites for saving comments in SAP BW/4HANA are met as described in chapter "To save comments in SAP BW/4HANA".
