2751060 - Web Intelligence Rich Client won't reflect the security changes made on CMC

Symptom

  • On CMC, 'View On Demand' access rights are granted to all users to fix an error on the webi report
  • Error is gone for all users but when any user uses Webi Rich Client on a specific machine, they still observe the error
  • Enterprise Administrator account used to work fine even before granting the rights and still works fine on the problematic machine
