2751083 - Requisition Close Popup message - Recruiting Management

Requisition has not closed after moving candidate to Hireable and all positions have been filled in the Job Requisition.

Can we change the content in the Popup Message?

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Recruiting
2. Select Job Requisitions and go to candidates. 
3. Move the candidate to hireable status. 
4. Select cancel on the Pop up message. 
5. Candidate has been moved to the Hireable status but Job Requisition is still open. 

User selected "Cancel" on Pop-Up message.

Project Management have confirmed that this is expected behavior. When the candidate has been moved to the Hireable status the pop-up message advise that the Job requisition will be closed when the candidate has been added to the status on the Pipeline. By pressing cancel you are telling the system not to close the Job Requisition.

An enhancement request can be raised if you would like to see this behavior to be changed. Please see KBA 2090228

To chnage the messgae of the popup you can use the Manage Language Feature. Below are the mention keys.

2343594 - When you complete this action there will be no openings remaining on this requisition and the requisition will be closed. Do you want to proceed?
