2751121 - Product Is Grayed Out when an Empty Row Is Added

Product is grayed out when an empty row is added.

SAP Cloud for Customer 1902 onward

1. Go to the Sales work center.
2. Go to the Sales Orders (or Sales Quotes) work view.
3. Click on New button.
4. Click on Add Products.
5. Click on Add empty row option, which is represented as "+" icon.

Result: The product line is grayed out and the user is not able to add a new product.

The existing Product column is obsolete.

The user should add the newly Product column from personalization.

1. Go to the Sales work center.
2. Go to the Sales Orders (or Sales Quotes) work view.
3. Click on Adapt and select Edit Master Layout.
4. Click on New button.
5. Click on Add Products.
6. Hover the cursor over the existing Product (Obsolete) column.
7. Click on Add fields, which is represented as "+" icon.
8. Select Product and click on Apply.
9. Click on Adapt and select End Layout Changes.
