You created an HTML template for one of your available templates. Your template contains a special character ß. After you send this e-mail to customer the character is not properly converted and displayed as invalid character #.

Even you are using charset encoding, we suggest use the HTML entity "ß" for the character ß.
Please see the following example "Mit freundlichen Grüßen" = Mit freundlichen Grüßen.
