Symptom

  • When refreshing a webi report, "ORA-01017: invalid username/password" error is shown on the prompt screen or on a new pop up window.

  • Test connection on Universe Design Tool is successful.
  • Issue on Web Intelligence on BI Launch Pad.
  • Issue not reproducible on Web Intelligence Rich Client.
