This is required because HANA DB is integrated with GRC for user provisioning so that no manual user creation is needed.
GRC will create the user once user request is approved through GRC workflow as defined.
When user will try to submit request for HANA DB access, User need to see what all privileges and roles available for provisioning.
To enable this for user we need to import all roles and privileges into GRC so that they can be visible for user.
