2751639 - TCD Inbound delivery rejected by mistake

Symptom

In a Transportation Cross-Docking (TCD) scenario, the inbound delivery, generated from an outbound delivery, is mistakenly rejected in EWM. This leads to the completion of the inbound delivery with zero quantities in ERP, obstructing the manual regeneration of a new inbound delivery.
