• How to add filters when searching for mentors.
• Is it possible to add filters (e.g. Department, Division, etc.) when mentees are searching for mentors?
• Is it possible to have a list of available mentors for mentees to view when searching for mentors?

These functionalities do not exist in the product.

As of now we have two available features for searching mentors, the "Show Recommended Mentors" and "Searching for Mentors". The "Show Recommended Mentors" are based from the mentees preferences, while the "Searching for Mentors" allows you to search all mentors that is included in the program.

If you consider having filters or lists available in searching for mentors is an important enhancement for your business, you can always share this idea in our Community so it can be considered to become a future enhancement. Though we may not be able to accommodate every suggestion, we do our best to accommodate ideas with a high level of interest from the community.

The Enhancement Request (ER) will be considered in terms of future product development when considering possible new features in the next major release. Please note that the ER may or may not be included depending on various factors.
