If any scheduled job needs an update on its settings, who contact and what information needs to be provided?


SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite


The configuration of scheduled jobs is done in Provisioning, this way, only Implementation Partners and Support Engineers have access to make some changes in the details of it. Since that, once you need to perform any change in some detail of a scheduled job, you need to contact your Implementation Partner or open an incident with Customer Support under LOD-SF-PLT-JOBS component.

When raising an incident to request an update, please take a look on the KBA mentioned above and try to provide all the below information in order to speed up the process:

  • Job type:
  • Details to update:
