2751695 - Country Field in globalInfo Does Not Display Any Values

The Country field in globalInfo does not display any values:

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

• The field Country in the global Information- references the country field in the MDF object Localized HRIS Element (ECLocalElementConfig).
• In the MDF object, the country field is a picklist deriving values from the picklist csfCountry.
• The picklist csfCountry does not exist in the affected instance.
• Ideally they are preconfigured, but for reasons like Instance refresh or Improper Data handling, might cause unavailability of the picklist.

1. The prerequisite is to check that the country field is properly permssioned and is configured correctly in the data models.
2. Go to configure object definitions > Localized HRIS Element > Country > Validvalue sources > select the value > then check if the picklist exists
3. If the picklist does not exist, then maintain the picklist manually as mentioned below:

Export the picklist from an instance that has the values maintained, and import the same into the affected instance.

OR

Create the picklist manually to reflect the country specific requirement.
