2751738 - Table corruption: main Bufman: Incorrect page header read; from slib/s_trycatch - SAP IQ

After upgrade -- in two examples (it could be in any upgrade situation), Errors reported both on HG and FP indexes.

• from 15.4 to 16.1 SP03 
• from 16.0 SP11 PL23 to 16.0 SP11 PL24

When a corruption was detected on a table, a drop table and/or rebuild tables recieves the following errors:

drop table DBA.mytable;

Msg 21, Level 14, State: 0
SQL anywhere Error -1009039, main Bufman: An error was detected on a database page. You may have a damaged index. For additional information, please check your IQ message file or run sp_iqcheckdb.
