2751787 - Display Event Reason without external codes in Termination screen

During Termination action, when we are selecting the drop down values, we could see the termination reason and ID together. Is it possible to show only the reason without ID.

There is no way to control display of External codes of event and event reason fields are their configuration is from the code and corporate data model. In the corporate data model there is no setting for UI field renderer as present in a Generic Object (custom MDF object).

In Foundation objects, we cannot hide the external codes display.
