2752090 - Update Answered Surveys Score

You have edited question score and the completed surveys score is not updated.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Surveys work center
2. Go to the Surveys view.
3. Open the Survey.
4. Go to the Design facet.
5. Click in the desired question to update.
6. Edit the Score value.
7. Click on Save.
8. The already answered surveys are not updated.

Currently it is not possible to edit completed surveys score.

This is the standard behavior of the system.

If the feature/functionality is required urgently, please refer to KBA 3475641 - Functionality Currently not Available.

An alternative option may be to check the SAP Customer Influencer Site to submit an idea.
