2752134 - Required Field Permission for Behaviour Item Comment is not Validated

• On the Performance Form, the required field permission for item comments at the Behaviour level is not being validated.
• The red asterisk to denote a required field is visible.
• It is still possible to route the form to the next step even if the Behaviour item comments are not filled.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

1. In a Competency section, set up the section so that ratings are on the Behaviour level.
2. Enable Item Comments - These comments will be made on the Behaviours.
3. Set a required field permission for Item Comments for whichever role e.g. Employee
4. Launch a form
5. As the Employee, open the form and note that the red asterisk appears beside the item comments under the Behaviours
6. Do not enter any comments for the Behaviours.
7. Click to Send the form to the next step

The required item comments for the Behaviours are not validated.

• Validation on required item comments is only supported for Competency item comments, not Behaviour item comments.
