2752384 - HANA XS Advanced does not start - Unable to read the SID from the SL config store - authentication failed

XS Advanced does not start after failover.

The following entries can be found in the xscontroller.out file:

Can't connect to the system DB with user 'SYS_XS_RUNTIME', using the credentials from the SSFS.
Can't connect to any tenant database with user 'SYS_XS_RUNTIME', using the credentials from the SSFS. Assuming XSA is located within the system DB.
Unable to read the SID from the SL config store : [10]: authentication failed.
