2752502 - IQ16.0 SP11 PL15 crash with s_barray.cxx and affected s_blockmap.cxx -- SAP IQ16.0

Symptom

After upgrading to SP11 PL15, a server crashes with the following error sequences. It looked the preceding error 's_barray' caused affected s_blockmap error to other session which was in load operation. 
       s_barray.cxx:6841 ...
       s_buf::Read() & s_blockmap.cxx 7094.
The crash occurs due to a production-level assertion in the s_bArrayLocater::NextPage() code path.
