How to remove 'Add Note' button from Take Action?

Reproducing the Issue

In the People Profile header, click Action > Take Action > Add Note.

Resolution

  • To remove the Add Note option in Action > Take Action, remove the permission in Role-Based Permission.
  • In Admin Center, go to Manage Permission Roles.
  • Select the applicable Role then click the Permission button.
  • Go to General User Permission and uncheck Permission to Create Notes.
