2752839 - Background Image Can Still be Changed After Disabling End User Personalization

You have disabled end user personalization on company settings however you notice the end users are still able to change their background image.

SAP Cloud for Customer

As a Key User:

1. Go to Adapt.
2. Click on Company Settings.
3. Mark "Disable User Personalization Features" checkbox.
4. Click Save.

As an End User:

1. Go to Personalize.
2. Click on My Background Image.
3. Browse and upload a background image.
4. Click OK.

The Disable User Personalization Features was designed not to allow the business user to access the personalization mode. My Settings and My Background Image are not part of the personalization mode.

This is the standard behavior of the system.
