2752951 - To do list not showing all the learning items visible in Learning

• To Do list in SuccessFactors Home Page is not showing the same amount of tasks that is visible in Learning.
• In SuccessFactors only 30 items related to Learning are shown. 

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite.

1. Access Learning and check the quantity of To Do tasks
2. Go to SuccessFactors Home Page and open the To Do list
3. See that only 30 items related to Learning are being displayed in the list
4. In Learning the quantity is bigger than 30

The To Do list in SuccessFactors home page is designed to show only 30 items from Learning.

When the number of Learning tasks is greater than 30, the number of To Do tasks will be different between Learning and SuccessFactors. This case is an expected behavior.

To‑Do Panel Hidden When Latest Shell Bar Experience Is Enabled

If the latest experience for the SAP shell bar is enabled, the To‑Do panel/icon will not appear in the header as documented in Changes Included in the SAP User Experience Updates | SAP Help Portal

This is because the To‑Do panel is being deprecated as it no longer aligns with SAP’s latest user experience standards.

How to Check Whether the Latest Shell Bar Experience Is Enabled

1. Go to Company System and Logo Settings.
2. Search for Enable the latest SAP shell bar. 
   • If this is checked, the To-Do Panel will NOT be displayed on the header / shell bar. 
   • If this is unchecked, the To-Do Panel will be displayed.
