You have View History permissions for RecurringDeduction under Miscellaneous Permissions but still cannot see History for the portlet.

Target Population is also correct.

Employee Central - Advances & Deductions, Role Based Permissions

1. Check Permissions and ensure View History permissions for RecurringDeduction under Miscellaneous Permissions is provided
2. Ensure the user for whom you want to view history of Recurring Deductions for is part of the Target Population for the role
3. Navigate to users profile and under Recurring Deductions portlet the History (Clock) icon is not visible

Read/Write Permission on Metadata Framework is a required permission to be able to View History for RecurringDeduction

Please provide this permission to the relevant role(s).

This permission is found under Administrator Permissions > Metadata Framework > Read/Write Permission on Metadata Framework

Note: Please ensure you log out and in again after making changes to Permission Role before testing
