Symptom

How can I update my school job board configuration (credentials) in Recruiting Posting?

Resolution

To update school board configuration (credentials):

  1. Go to Manage Recruiting Posting -> My School Job Boards

  2. Select the school you want to update credentials for and go to Credentials tab and Edit option

  3. Update the credentials, click Next and Save and close

    Prior to inserting new credenitals, we recommend testing them using the posting form link provided in the first step of the configuration process.
