How to identify what types of licenses are active in your SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) system.

SAP Analytics Cloud

• General Overview of active licenses in your SAC system

***NOTE: Administrator (Admins) will have access to view all active Licenses; Non-Admins will only have access to their assigned Licenses.***

1. Navigate to: "Main Menu" (3 horizontal dashes) > "System" > "Monitor".
2. Under "Licenses", you will see all the active Licenses in your tenant. 

• Specific View of active Licenses in your SAC system:

***NOTE: You will need to be an administrator to have access to this Data.***

1. Navigate to: "Main Menu" (3 horizontal dashes) > "Security" > "Users".
2. Under the column "Licenses", you will see what Licenses are associated with each user on the system. 

• Identifying whether you have Predictive Scenarios:

1. Navigate to: "Main Menu" (3 horizontal dashes) > "Browse".
2. In the Browse list beneath 'Points of Interest' there will be "Predictive Scenario". 

• Identifying whether you have a Smart Discovery (Predictive Analysis):

1. Navigate to: "Main Menu" (3 horizontal dashes) > "Create" > "Story"
2. Beneath 'Access & Explore Data' there will be "Run a Smart Discovery".
