On the Add New Employee / Manage Pending Hires Wizard, when details of an existing user ( Active / Inactive ) are Entered, a Duplicate Check Pop-up comes up :

  • The Duplicate Check pop-up is a Hard-coded feature and the fields that show up on this cannot be modified / configured.
  • The criteria for Duplicate check is automatically on in the system and the Standard Match criteria is a part of the code.
