• Can I personalize the list of values in Recruiting Posting fields, such as experience or contract type?
• Can I use my RCM contract type or experience level values in Recruiting Posting?
• Can I use several values in each pick-list?
• Can I set some mandatory Recruiting Posting fields as non-mandatory if I don't need them?
• Are all common fields transmitted to all the job boards?
• If some fields are not used, can they be hiddent from the posting form?

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Posting

It is not possible to personalize (change or limit) the list of values in Recruiting Posting common fields such as Company profile fields, Education level, Experience or Contract type.

Also, it is not possible to choose several values in each common field pick-list (e.g. only one Contract type or Education level can be selected for one job posting).

These fields are mapped with RCM within SSO integration (exact values cannot be taken over).

Most of the Recruiting Posting common fields are mandatory as required by most of the job boards. Nevertheless, when posting on some job boards, they may be hidden, because not required by these job boards and therefore not transmitted.
Note that it is impossible to have a list of all job boards where a certain common field (e.g. reference) is used/sent. Also, these fields cannot be hidden from the posting form.

Picklist fields (e.g. education or experience level) may be mapped with job board's own specific values. These are internal mappings used in Recruiting Posting integrations with different job boards and they are not accessible in Manage Recruiting Posting.

If you find any translation issue related to values, labels or tooltips of common fields, you can report it via a Launchpad ticket. The modification request will be then discussed with the Product team.
