2753725 - MD01N : No planning file entry exist for material

Symptom

In a Retail system, when executing MD01/ MD01N transaction for a Retail article, error message: "No planning file entry exist" is raised.

When executing MD02 / MD02N or MD03 / MD03N the same error message might not being triggered, and the transaction may finish successfully.
