2753732 - Benefits - Not Able to Enroll New Dependents

Benefits - Not able to enroll new Dependents to existing health enrollments because an error is displayed: No amounts maintained for specified age group of selected dependent with the selected combination of fields. Please contact your admin.

During troubleshooting 'Smoking' field is already set as 'No Selection' as per KBA 2660800

Employee Central - Global Benefits

1. Add a new Dependent to a Users Profile e.g. Child
2. Rate Chart of active Benefit Enrollment includes details for Dependent Type: Child
3. Go to existing active Benefit Enrollment on users Profile
4. Attempt to "Add Enroll Dependents"
5. Select newly added Dependent (Child)
6. Error:  No amounts maintained for specified age group of selected dependent with the selected combination of fields. Please contact your admin.

Currently while editing an existing Enrollment, new Dependents cannot be added who are born after the first enrollment date. This is a known issue.

This will be resolved as part of the 1905 Release.

Until then, there is a workaround:


1: Create a rule for Benefit Enrollment that sets Enrollment Request date



2: Attach it to Object definition -> Benefit Enrollment -> benefit field
