Customer is using the the SuccessFactors prehire account feature in SAP Jam

Cause
An SAP Jam external licence will be used for earch prehire account in SAP Jam
Resolution
Once the user is onboarded, the user will be converted into an internal user. The user will no longer be use an external licence at that point, and would start to use an internal/Company User licence.
