2753911 - Remove Icon Grayed Out in Products Facet

You want to remove a product in a Sales Quote and the remove icon is grayed out.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Sales work center.
2. Go to the Sales Quotes view.
3. Open a Sales Quote.
4. Go to the Products facet.
5. The remove action icon is grayed out.

A successor document has been created from the Sales Quote.

When the follow-up document was created, the system has taken over the product item from Sales Quote to the follow-up document. The system has created an item reference from Sales Quote product item to the sucessor document. Due to this the Sales Quote product item cannot be removed. Therefore, the remove icon is grayed out in the UI.

If the other items of Sales Quote have been added later (after the creation of the follow-up document), therefore, these items will not have referenced items in the sucessor document and hence they could be removed. Accordingly, the remove icon would be active for these items.

This is the standard behavior of the system.
