SAP IQ Cockpit could display 100% for catalog cache when IQ is started with -c.
When SAP IQ is started with -c, the cache is allocated statically and SAP IQ Cockpit displays "Catalog cache in use" = 100%
It does not reflect the actual percentage of pages in use in the catalog.
